Warranty Coverage & Exclusions:

Scope: WolfDen Designz offers a 12 month limited warranty on all jewelry, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered; Issues with beadwork, stitching, or structural integrity due to workmanship or faulty materials. Broken hooks, finding or components if our to material defects (not accidental damage)

What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs. Normal wear and tear( tarnishing of silver, minor bead loss over time).

Damage resulting from attempted DIY repairs or adjustments by the customer.

How to initiate a Claim:

Contact WolfDen Designz by email with. a description, clear photos of the issue, and proof of purchase. Warranty claims must be made within 12 months of purchase.

Repair Service Protocols & Workflow, Step by Step process:

  1. Initial Contact: Customer emails with issue details and photos, and proof of purchase. Clarify whether the issue may be covered under warranty or is not covered.

  2. Assessment: Upon receiving the item, I will inspect and document its condition with photos and notes, and determine if the issue is a defect(warranty) or customer-caused( non-warranty).

  3. Estimate & Communication: For warranty repairs: Confirm coverage and provide estimated timeline(typically 2-4 weeks). For non warranty repairs: Provide a repair quote, timeline, and explain why warranty doesn’t apply. Customer pays for the repair and shipping both ways.

  4. Approval & Payment: Obtain customer’s approval to proceed. For paid repairs, deposit/payment must be received beforehand.

  5. Repair Work: Use original hand stitching, beadwork, and finishing techniques to restore the item. Replace components(eg tools) as needed, ensuring quality and durability, & take before and after photos for records.

  6. Return Shipping: Notify customer when repairs are complete. Ship item back with care note.

    Handling Customer Caused Damage & Returns Policy:

    1. If an item is returned in worse condition due to customer attempts at repair or adjustment, int is not covered by the warranty.

    2. WolfDen Designz will offer a paid repair service with a clear quote and timeline.

    3. All communications and assessments will be documented for transparency.

      Examples: Bent, broken, or replaced hooks due to customer handling.

    4. Beadwork or hide damaged from attempted repairs or fixes.
